Armoires Tremblay inc. — last updated: October 3, 2026

Armoires Tremblay inc. ("Armoires Tremblay", "we") makes kitchen cabinets, bathroom furniture and custom furniture on Montreal's South Shore. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.armoirestremblay.com or write to us, why we collect it and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

1. Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill out the quote request form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city, project type, desired timing, message and, if you attach any, your photos or plans. We also note how you arrived on the site (for example a Google or Facebook ad, a search engine or a direct link) to know which means of communication work.

What is collected automatically. The site records technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, approximate city, pages viewed, projects and styles looked at, clicks on the phone number or buttons, form steps started, origin and duration of the visit. We use Google Analytics (cookies) and our host's statistics for this. This data is not linked to your name.

2. Why we use it

to answer your questions and quote requests;
to offer you an appointment or a home visit, if you ask;
to understand how the site is used, which projects and styles interest our visitors, and to improve it;
to measure the effectiveness of our online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram), in particular how many people request a quote after seeing an ad.

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent, and we do not sell it.

3. Who we share it with

Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Gmail) receives pseudonymized browsing data and delivers the form emails, under its privacy policy. You can limit this tracking with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram pixel), only if you accept measurement cookies, receives your browsing and actions (page view, call, form sent) to measure our ads, under its privacy policy.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) receives aggregated statistics on our ads when you arrive on the site from one of them.
Our technical providers (Cloudflare, our host), which host and protect the site, only to provide those services.
Authorities, if required by law.

Some of these providers store data outside Quebec or Canada. We limit this sharing to what is necessary.

4. Retention

Your estimate requests are recorded in Armoires Tremblay's internal customer management system, accessible only to the employees who handle them. We keep them as long as needed to answer them and follow up on your project, then at most 24 months after the last contact if there was no sale; they are then destroyed or anonymized. You may request their deletion at any time. Statistics are kept for the periods specific to each tool (14 months for Google Analytics).

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. Ours are used only for audience and advertising measurement. You can decline them through the banner shown on your first visit, or block them in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

6. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to its use. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or through the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected passwords. No method of transmission over the Internet is infallible, however.

8. Internal tool "Popular"

Armoires Tremblay uses an internal tool named "Popular" to produce this site, manage its advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta) and measure site traffic. This tool is not offered to the public: it is used only by Armoires Tremblay, with the authorization of the holder of the company's accounts. It accesses the statistics of those accounts and the site usage data described above, in aggregated form (by month, channel, page, city), to display them to the company's managers. It does not transmit this data to any third party and does not use it for targeted advertising. Use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited-use requirements.

9. Changes

We may change this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
